Using these simple weight loss tips will help you to lose weight faster and to increase your metabolism so that your body burns fat fast.

1) Water

Drink sufficient pure water throughout the day. Ideally you should be drinking approximately one glass of water per hour for at least 8 hours of the day.

Water is not only essential to distribute nourishment throughout your body but also cleanses and removes toxins from within your body. These toxins can cause you to be sluggish and they slow down your metabolism.
